Tali Trigg, E-Mobility specialist, EBRD Green Cities will be speaking about EBRD support for postal services in terms of fleet electrification. 

The Universal Postal Union (UPU) is setting up the first Climate Facility, in line with UPU Congress Resolution C7/2023. One of the main focuses of the UPU Climate Facility will be to provide the support to the postal operators and governments in accessing climate funding, including via developing of bankable and investment-ready sustainable postal infrastructure projects. 

The purpose of the workshop is to share the best available practices among the governments and DOs on accessing climate funding (grants, loans, blended finance, green bonds) as well as discuss the main opportunities and challenges.
