Joining the EBRD Green Cities programme in 2023, Alba Iulia will develop a Green City Action Plan (GCAP) as part of its commitment to becoming a “Green innovative City”. The City’s trigger project will focus on improving transport infrastructure to reduce traffic congestion, creating safer streets and cleaner air for residents and tourists alike.
